Feroze Khan and Alizah withdrew their claims for the children’s handover and costs, respectively, from the Family Court Sharqi.

The boy Sultan will live with Feroze Khan, while the daughter Fatima will live with her mother, as per the terms of the peace deal between Feroze Khan and his ex-wife.

It has been decided in the settlement that the expenses of the son Sultan will be fully paid by Feroz Khan and for the girl, 75,000 should be transferred to Aliza’s account by the 3rd of every month for the girl. An annual increment of 10 percent is also included while the girl’s school fees will be directly paid by Feroze Khan himself.

The agreement states that even in an emergency, Feroze Khan will be responsible for covering hospital bills, and that parents will notify one another if their children’s health deteriorates.

The agreement states that parents can speak with their children by phone or video call at any time, that both parents are permitted to visit the children on special occasions, and that on holidays, children are permitted to travel abroad, though decisions on this matter will need to be agreed upon by both parties.

Recall that Alize Sultan and actress Feroze Khan tied the knot in 2018. They welcomed their first child, Sultan, in 2019 and their second child, Fatima, in February 2022.

After which in 2022, actor Feroze Khan and Alize Sultan parted ways.
